I must admit, I used light versions of the first three ingredients, much to the chagrin of my chef husband who hates anything light.
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
4 green onions finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
3 tbsp. of grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Step 1
Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and blend thoroughly, preferably with an electric mixer.
That's it. Just one step.
